Euroflow supplies the Alfa Laval range of hygienic threaded fittings designed to bridge imperial-sized and metric-sized process lines. These components join EN 10357-D (imperial OD) tubing to EN 10357-A (metric OD) tubing in food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications, allowing the transition without multiple reducers.
Fittings are supplied as either a male part or a liner. Each is combined with its counterpart — a liner or male — from the DIN 11851 standard to complete the union.
Wetted parts are supplied in 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel. Internal surfaces have a roughness average (Ra) of ≤ 0.8 µm.
