Clariot Connect is a cellular gateway that links BLE 5.2-connected VX sensors to the Clariot Monitoring cloud over 4G LTE, enabling remote condition monitoring of rotating equipment in hygienic plants. Euroflow supplies the Alfa Laval Clariot Connect gateway for maintenance teams and reliability engineers who want continuous visibility of pumps, gearboxes and agitators without manual data rounds.

The wall-mounted gateway runs from a 24 VDC supply and ships with cellular data support via a global-frequency SIM. With an IP65 protection class, compact 137 × 89 × 43 mm footprint and local data buffering during network outages, Clariot Connect is built for reliable in-plant connectivity and straightforward installation and commissioning via the Alfa Laval Clariot mobile app.

Euroflow serves customers across southern and central Germany — covering postal code areas 66–99 and 07–08, spanning Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, Thuringia, and Saxony. As an Alfa Laval Master Distributor for tank manufacturers, plant engineers, system suppliers, and end customers, we provide expert support in selecting and designing systems for viscous product handling and cleaning applications.

Cellular data support is included with the gateway via a global-frequency SIM that enables 4G LTE connectivity, so you do not need to arrange a separate data plan at installation.

Clariot Connect requires a 24 VDC power supply and draws between 7 and 15 W. Power is connected via an M12 4-wire female straight connector; a 10 m power cable matching this connector can be ordered using article number 8010000289.

If the cellular connection is lost, Clariot Connect stores data received from paired VX sensors locally on the gateway. When network connectivity is restored, the gateway uploads buffered readings to Clariot Monitoring so data continuity is maintained.
