The Unique SSV Manually Operated valve is constructed from 1.4404 (AISI 316L) steel for all product-wetted parts to ensure maximum hygienic process control. This high-grade material provides necessary corrosion resistance for aggressive media and intensive cleaning cycles. By using a defined compression design for all seals, the valve increases elastomer durability and extends service intervals, contributing to a lower total cost of ownership across the lifetime of the unit.
