Clariot® is Alfa Laval’s integrated condition based maintenance solution designed for pumps and agitators. The system operates as a complete chain: Clariot® VX sensors capture vibration and temperature data directly from the equipment, Clariot® Connect transmits that data securely to the cloud, and Clariot® Analytics processes it to deliver clear, actionable insights into machine health. All three components are interdependent, removing any one of them breaks the chain. Together, they enable maintenance teams to determine precisely whether a pump or agitator requires maintenance, and what type of maintenance is needed.
