The ThinkTop V20 ships in three communication variants so you can match the unit to your control architecture. The Digital 24V variant runs on 24 VDC ± 10 % per EN 61131-2, with reverse polarity, brown-out and short-circuit protection, nominal 30 mA idle consumption, a DC PNP PLC input card rated at 24V/100 mA, and a UL Class 2 supply per cULus. The AS-Interface variant (ThinkTop V20 ASI3) operates between 29.5 and 31.6 VDC, supports AS-Interface V3.0 with extended A/B addressing, slave profile 7A77, M4 master compatibility and up to 62 nodes per network. The IO-Link variant runs at COM 2 (38.4 kBaud) with a 5 ms minimum cycle time and Port Class A connectivity, and supports cable runs up to 20 metres to the IO-Link master. How fast is setup compared to conventional valve indication units?

What does the 360° LED indication give operators?

The 360-degree light guide is visible from any direction, so operators can read valve position and status from anywhere around the unit. When the sensor target sits within a configured position band, the corresponding colour lights up, giving an at-a-glance read of de-energised and energised states without forcing the operator to face a specific side of the device.
